Spendly Terms of Service

Know Where Your Money Goes — privately.

Effective: 2 August 2026 · Last updated: 2 August 2026

Welcome to Spendly. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Plain-language summaries are provided for convenience; the full clauses govern.

The service

Spendly is a personal finance tracking application. It is not a bank and provides no financial, legal, or tax advice. Exchange-rate conversions are informational and may be approximate — approximate figures are marked "≈" in the app.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per person. You must meet the minimum age required in your country (13–16 depending on jurisdiction).

Subscriptions

Premium is billed through your Apple or Google account under their terms. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings; refunds follow the store's policies.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you. You can export or delete everything at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the service, no attempts to breach security or reverse engineer, no unlawful content in notes or receipts.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Spendly available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for losses arising from data-entry errors or informational exchange rates.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice in the app. You may stop using Spendly at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside.
